ORDERING
Your code can be entered on the Check-out Page. Once the code is entered you will see the discount for the code automatically applied to the total amount.
Sorry, you can only apply ONE code to one order.
You can always change your order before checkout - just go to the shopping cart and you can add or remove items. If you have already checked out, please contact service@opuluxify.com within 24 hours and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been successfully dispatched, we can't make any changes to your order.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive the order, we suggest you mark the package Return to Sender and refuse the order at the time of delivery. Please contact our customer service before the returning, If the order is not shipped out, our customer service will help you to cancel it directly, please contact us through service@opuluxify.com
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder. Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email service@opuluxify.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email. We apologize for the inconvenience hereby!
Please contact our customer service through service@opuluxify.com. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will deliver your parcel to the new address you provided. If the package has already been shipped out, we will contact our third-party logistics partner to intercept the package. If successful, we will resend the product you purchased to the new address you provided. If failed, please contact your local delivery provider based on the original logistics order number to negotiate with them to see if they can change the delivery address.

Once your payment is verified, usually it will take 1 - 2 days to process and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped out.
We are sorry that address changing cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us by service@opuluxify.com to change your address and other shipping options.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.
Please contact with us by service@opuluxify.com if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.
Some of the items in your order could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order detail page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if other packages still hasn't arrived, please contact us under service@opuluxify.com
As for the import duties, it may be incurred in some countries, and buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for the taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office about related policies prior to ordering.

Once your order is fully processed and your card has been authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (depends on which contact info you left us) that your order has been successfully charged.
REFUND & RETURN
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
We accept a 30-day return and exchange, which means you can request a return or exchange within 30 days after receipt. For more detailed return policy, please refer to Refund Policy
1.Products that have been obviously installed or assembled.
